Urgent Notification: New Requirements for Buyer's Export Declaration

Effective: October 1st, as per the new State Taxation Administration policy.

Action Required: For all Buyer's Export Declarations, you must now:

• Fill in the Exporter Confirmation Form with the precise manufacturer name and 18-digit credit code.

• Stamp the form with the manufacturer's seal (Official, Business, or Invoice Seal is acceptable).
