Holiday Notice: National Day & Mid-Autumn Festival 2025

The National Day & Mid-Autumn Festival holidays are approaching. Our company will be closed for 6 days from October 1st to October 6th, 2025. The specific arrangements are as follows:

1. Sunday, September 28th: Business as usual. All cargo shipments will be processed normally.

2. Tuesday, September 30th: The cut-off time for all shipping channels will be advanced by 2 hours. Mainland China DHL shipments can be picked up on the same day. For channels not offering same-day pickup, arrangements will resume after the holiday. Our branch offices will accept cargo as usual during the evening shift.

3. October 1st - October 6th: Our office will be closed for 6 days with no staff on duty. However, we will continue to accept orders for import shipments and global transfers during this period.

4. Wednesday, October 7th: Business operations resume as normal.

Important Reminders:

1. Pre-Shipment Check: Please thoroughly inspect all shipments and review documentation before delivery to ensure they are free of issues, thereby avoiding any potential delays.

2. Service During Holiday: Please note that with no staff on duty during the holiday, real-time cargo tracking services will be unavailable. It is crucial to ensure that the recipients can proactively contact their local courier office to handle customs clearance, delivery, and other related matters. Please be advised that if goods are destroyed or returned due to failure to promptly address customs clearance, pay import duties, or arrange delivery, all resulting charges and liabilities will be borne by the shipper.
