Effective immediately, Proof of Value (e.g., transaction proof) is now mandatory for all such shipments. This measure primarily targets shipments with low declared values and is implemented to assist customs in combating under-declaration.

To ensure the smooth processing and transit of your shipments and to avoid potential customs delays or returns, please adhere to the following requirements:

• Proof of Value must be in clear English.

• The information on the proof (product description, quantity, etc.) must exactly match the details on the commercial invoice.

• The document should reflect a genuine transaction between the buyer and seller.

Please Note: Failure to comply with these requirements may result in customs holds, returns, or additional charges, for which the shipper will be held responsible.
